Kusum Pharm is a modern enterprise producing non-sterile medicinal products in solid and liquid non-sterile pharmaceutical forms for oral use. Construction of the Kusum Pharm plant began in 2005 after the acquisition of an unfinished construction facility in the city of Sumy. In August 2009, the plant was put into operation. The total area of ​​the plant is 5.4 hectares, of which the production building occupies 2,250 square meters, the warehouse is 2,740 square meters, the administrative building and the quality control departments are 1,400 square meters. Kusum Pharm manufactures generic drugs of various pharmacological groups, many of which in the past were absent in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine. It should be emphasized that the medicines produced at the plant are modern high-performance and safe generics. Many drugs have a modified delivery system. Pharmaceutical company Kusum Pharm specializes in the development and production of medicines for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular, gastroenterological and endocrine diseases (in particular, diabetes mellitus). As it is known, these diseases are the most common in Ukraine. So, today in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine there are already registered more than 60 medicines manufactured by Kusum Pharm LLC. The plant has modern equipment for the production of solid and liquid dosage forms (tablets coated and non-coated, suspensions, capsules, granules) and modern packaging equipment, which allows the packaging of preparations in blisters, strips, sachets, vials.
