The duties will include:

• Control of the functioning of PQS processes in accordance with GMP/GDP requirements
• Control of the development of PQS documentation
• Support of inspection/audit checks of the PQS
• Conducting independent audits of processes/procedures for compliance with GхP requirements
• Participation in supplier qualification procedures
• Coordination of work on quality control of medicinal products
• Monitoring the execution of work on the formation of registration dossiers, registration/re-registration, making changes to the registration dossier
• Monitoring the execution of work on pharmacovigilance

To perform the tasks, you will need:

• knowledge of Ukrainian and EU legislation in the pharmaceutical industry, which regulates the creation, registration, production, quality control, pharmacovigilance and circulation of medicinal products
• knowledge of the requirements of good practices, in particular GMP and GDP, as well as licensing requirements for the production, wholesale and import of medicinal products
• higher education in the specialties “Pharmacy”, “Industrial pharmacy”, “Chemical technology and engineering”, “Chemistry”
• training on the topics of GMP and GDP (certificates)
• at least 10 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• work experience in managerial positions (in a similar position) – from 5 years
• English language – Advanced level (C1)
