Due to the expansion of tasks and projects, we are looking for a colleague to become an assistant (from the office) to our key account managers (field force) in supporting and drawing up contracts.
Unit: KAM
MAIN DUTIES:
• support of the contract signing process;
• monitoring of the timely coordination of additional agreements, specifications, attachments;
• control of signed original documents return from customers and exchange of necessary accompanying information;
• working with the internal accounting database;
• administration of the purchase calculator for customers.
OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE:
• higher education (specialty: Finance, Economics, Logistics);
• experience of working with clients (pharmacy chains / distributors), experience of working with primary documentation is important;
• analytical abilities;
• project management experience;
• planning and organization skills;
• knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL skills: functions, summary tables, table formatting, charts).
