Your duties will include:
- Organization and support of audits of the group of companies;
- Verification of compliance with the requirements of internal regulations;
- Control over expenses and ensuring effective use of resources of the group of companies, detection of threshold and suspicious financial transactions (activities);
- Audit of business processes of the group of companies, minimization and prevention of financial and material losses;
- Conduction of official investigations;
- Presentation of results, recommendations and conclusions of audits and other operational projects to management, monitoring of implementation;
- Organization of comprehensive measures aimed at identifying risks, eliminating them or controlling them if they cannot be eliminated;
- Development, implementation of measures and procedures to prevent and minimize fraud risks, reputational risks for business;
- Participation in the development of internal regulations and instructions for strengthening the effective control environment.
